He will work closely with Peter Bouckaert, the managing director of Eyeworks Belgium, WBITVP's scripted label in the region, and report directly to WBITVP president Ronald Goes.In his new position, Pays will be tasked with driving the overall management, commercial, and operational leadership of WBITVP's Belgian operations. This includes developing new ideas, adapting existing intellectual property (IP) from the WBITVP catalogue to cater to the Belgian market, and leveraging the company's global distribution network to create unique opportunities for creative exchange.

Pays brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record to his new role at WBITVP. Prior to joining the company, he held key positions at various media organizations, including All3Media Belgium, Lecter Media, and TvBastards.At All3Media Belgium, Pays was a key creative and showrunner, showcasing his ability to develop and produce engaging content. His previous work at Lecter Media as the creative director and head of development earned him a prestigious Rose d'Or nomination for the celebrity reality format "Groeten uit..." ("Greetings from..."), which was subsequently produced in six different territories.Pays' diverse experience also includes adapting international formats, such as "Love Island" and "Big Brother," for the Belgian market, demonstrating his expertise in understanding and catering to local audience preferences.
